Vincent Randolph Brown is a dynamic business leader with a passion for affecting organizational change. In his role as president of V. Randolph Brown Consulting–a boutique, global management consulting consortium–he leads a cadre of experienced, clients across a spectrum of industries.

Vincent was a founding partner and managing director of Global Novations, a full- service human capital and talent optimization firm which counted Goldman Sachs as an investor and was acquired by Korn/Ferry International in September 2012. He continues as a senior consultant with Korn/Ferry.
